This page explains how Tako POS handles information submitted through this landing page, install flow, waitlist, and related support channels.

Information We Collect

If you request app access, join the waitlist, or contact Tako POS, we may collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, business name, and message details.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to provide install instructions, respond to inquiries, manage waitlist interest, share launch updates, and improve product communication.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Waitlist entries are stored in Google Sheets, and submitted email addresses are provided to Resend to manage contacts or deliver requested emails. Data may otherwise be shared only with service providers needed to operate hosting, analytics, or support workflows, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep contact records only as long as reasonably necessary for support, app access, waitlist management, legal compliance, or service improvement.

Your Choices

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of contact information by emailing jes@pendigital.dev.
